			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Crime Stoppers and the Ottawa Police Service are seeking your assistance in identifying two males involved in the theft of liquor.</p>
<p>On the 5th of December 2011 two male suspects entered the LCBO located at 457 Hazeldean Road, Ottawa. While at the store the suspects selected at six bottles of alcohol which were subsequently concealed inside the jacket of one of the suspects. They then exited the store and fled in a red Volvo station wagon with unknown plate.</p>
<p>The suspects are described as follows: Suspect #1:w/m, late 30&#8242;s, 6&#8217;2&#8243;, 230lbs,dark short hair wearing a red winter coat and had his arm in a sling Suspect #2:w/m, late 30&#8242;s, 6&#8217;0&#8243;, 185lbs, thin to medium build, goatee, dark hair with glasses wearing a dark colored winter coat blue jeans and a grey hat</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Crime Stoppers and the Ottawa Police Service are seeking your assistance in solving a robbery.</p>
<p>The Ottawa Police Service is investigating four retail robberies that took place in Blackburn Hamlet between January 11-20, 2012.  The incidents occurred between the hours of 1150pm – 6:00am.  The lone suspect, armed with a knife, entered the stores and demanded money and lottery tickets, before fleeing on a bicycle.</p>
<p> There were no injuries stemming from these incidents.</p>
<p>The suspect: a white male, 20-30yrs, 5’10 tall, medium build, wearing a grey or green jacket, a light grey hooded sweatshirt, a black winter toque, a dark scarf and sunglasses.</p>

<p>The Ottawa Police Service is currently investigating a theft that occurred at a Gas Station on Merivale Road, Ottawa.  The suspect entered a back office and stole a large amount of cash.  This male is suspected of being responsible for three other similar thefts.</p>

<p>On Saturday, January 21st, 2012 suspects driving  a cube van  attended a residence in Orleans where they stole a number of items. Stolen was a 1996 Harley Davidson softail custom (photo attached) along with a Snap On tool box filled with tools, Snap On air tools, snow blower, leaf blower, amongst other items.</p>

<p>On December 29th, 2011 the female suspect attended a large box store on Richmond Road, Ottawa where she committed a theft.</p>
<p>On January 11th, 2011 the same female returned to the store. This time she was accompanied by a white male who on that date committed a fraud.</p>
<p>Suspects:</p>
<p>Female is described as a white female,  35-40yrs, slim build, long brown hair, wearing red jacket w/black and white stripes on side.</p>
<p>Male is described a caucasian, early 20&#8242;s, small build with short dark hair and glasses.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Crime Stoppers and the Ottawa Police Service are seeking your assistance in solving a case where a suspect stole a laptop at an Ottawa Library.</p>
<p>On Tuesday January 17 2012, a victim attended the University of Ottawa Library, 550 Cumberland Street, Ottawa . At one point the victim left her/his laptop unattended.  At that point the suspect stole the victim&#8217;s black laptop and left the library.</p>
<p>The suspect was observed captured on video entering the library empty handed and leaving a few minutes later with a laptop under his right arm.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Crime Stoppers and the Ottawa Police Service are seeking your assistance in solving a robbery.</p>
<p>On Tuesday November 29th, 2011 at about 4:30 pm two male suspects entered a coin shop on Bank Street, Ottawa.  The two males were wearing black ski masks and one carried a white can believed to be pepper spray. The males proceeded to the back room of the business where they confronted employees.  One suspect pointed the canister of pepper-spray at an employee and directed the employee to the cash register at the front of the store where he  obtained a quantity of cash. </p>
<p>The other suspect entered into the back room area behind his friend and went directly  towards another employee.  He said it was a &#8220;stick up&#8221; and shoved an employee before directing him/her to open the vault.  The thieves stole numerous items from the safe which they placed into a black and white plaid backpack. Subsequently, both males fled the store on foot.</p>
<p>TAKEN:                     - a large quantity of Canadian currency                                    </p>
<p>                                     -5 or 6 Silver Canadian Proof-like coin sets </p>
<p>                                     - a number of 1 oz. silver American Eagles 1996 -                                    </p>
<p>                                     &#8211; Approx 38 1 oz. silver Maple Leafs</p>
<p>                                     &#8211; 1978 Gold $100 piece</p>
<p>                                      &#8211; 1988 Gold $100 piece </p>
<p>                                       - a  number of coins in blue PCGS case, (possibly gold coin</p>
<p>SUSPECTS  DESCRIPTION:  </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Suspect #1</span> &#8211; White male, 19-25 yo,  5&#8217;7&#8243;, white pale skin, thin build but chubby, clean  shaven face (later observed wearing black ski mask), black hoodie, black jacket, baggy pants, black and white plaid backpack, black ski gloves and carrying white can of pepper spray with red letters.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Suspect #2</span> &#8211; White male, 19-25 yo, 5&#8217;11&#8243;,  English speaking and wearing black ski mask  with brown facial hair visible through mouth-hole, medium build, black hoodie, black  jacket, black gloves, baggy pants.</p>

<p>Sometime during the overnight hours of January 12th, 2012 two Polaris snowmobiles and a trailer were stolen from a residence in the area of French Hill Rd, Orleans.  </p>
<p>Both are 2004 Polaris snowmobiles:</p>

<p>Aluminum enclosed snowmobile trailer  Licence #E5426k vin#2MXUL4A21WD004172</p>
